Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor & Continuous Improvement Champion to oversee daily logistics operations, lead a team, and optimize warehouse processes to drive profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations & Supervision: Lead and support daily warehouse tasks while serving as relief coverage for senior management when needed.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor direct reports, promote cross-training, and establish clear KPIs to build a culture of accountability.
  • Process & Cost Optimization: Implement quality control standards, review cost structures to boost profit margins, and manage customized "value-add" client services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions to maintain safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

What Success Looks Like

  • Operations run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
  • Team members are cross-trained, accountable, and supported in their career growth.
  • Warehouse processes are continually streamlined to reduce costs and maximize margins.
